Shinja-Kai Karate was established in 1992, by its founder and senior instructor Terry Warke, 6th Dan.
Our principal instructors are: Deidre Warke (4th Dan) and John White (4th Dan).
Shinja-Kai Karate prides itself on offering a training environment that is family oriented and friendly, whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Our classes are structured so that all members of the family can participate in the classes as a family. We believe that this provides younger members with role models (parents, older students, teachers) on which to model their behaviour and approach to training. Our minimum age to start training is 8 years old.
